Target Enrichment Methodology - Our Video SOP

With many thanks to JoVE, the Journal of Visualised Experiments, we published our Target Enrichment SOP (https://dx.doi.org/10.3791/68506) and made a video of the trickiest bits. This was, by turns, a complicated and fun process. Writing an SOP for a journal requires a lot of precision and care, which was duly given by the wonderful authors, particularly Karina and Mari.
